The site is prominently located with visibility to Business Interstate 40 located at the gateway to Center City Winston-Salem. The premises include structured parking, pedestrian oriented lobby hardscape features, and an architectural style that features masonry, precast accents and facade setbacks that resemble turn-of-the-century New York hotels.

370 Knollwood: Six story, 86,335 ± square feet are fully occupied by Krispy Kreme Doughnut Corporation.
380 Knollwood: Seven story, 136,627 square feet is occupied by such tenants as Bank of America, Wells Fargo Advisors, Merrill Lynch, Allman Spry Davis Leggett & Crumple, and Nelson Mullins law firm. Onsite amenities include ground-level retail, full-service restaurants, attached parking deck, vending services, security patrol and an energy management system.

Winston Tower is a 30-story office building in the heart of Winston-Salem’s Central Business District. Constructed and completed in 1966, the building initially housed corporate operations for Wachovia Bank, N. A. In May 2004 the property was officially designated a historic landmark. Winston Tower has approximately 430,000 rentable square feet and an underground parking deck with 245 parking spaces. The building currently houses 57 tenants and is also the home office for JDL Castle Corporation. The building’s structure is steel frame with glass exterior and aluminum trim, the 30 stories include 2.5 mechanical floors.
