The MEPS building is constructed in a wooded suburban office site; Tyvola Centre Office Park, Charlotte, North Carolina. The structure is masonry with an integrated foyer extrusion. Service entrances are located separate from employee/pedestrian parking and entry ways. Interior circulation allows convenient access to areas within the building including public waiting areas, queue areas, medical evaluation sections, aptitude test areas and support. The wooded site enhances the curb appeal of the building. Reserved material tree conditions provide appropriate landscape screening and buffers, and accommodates the vehicle traffic circulation and parking rations.
