Developed for Department of Homeland Security, Immigration and Customs Enforcement; this facility includes security setbacks as required, secure remote parking, customer/client queuing area, holding cells, and sally port. This project is located in Lee Vista. This is a 2,500-acre mixed-use commercial planned community. The community was originally converted from farm and dairy operations to higher and better uses including distribution, logistics, hotels, restaurants, retail and multi-tenant offices. The location adjacent to the Orlando Airport offers great access and connectivity to the regional transportation network. The park amenities include lakes, jogging trails, mixed-use developments including daycare and apartments.
